Attitude of Gratitude + Bid on Tom Brady’s Treasures
Here is a taste of what my monthly email newsletter looks like:
As Thanksgiving approaches, I want to take a moment to share my heartfelt gratitude.
This year has been an incredible journey, and I owe so much of it to the amazing people in my life:
Family and friends who’ve supported us while raising our daughter.
You, my clients and community, who’ve made this year professionally fulfilling and reminded me why I chose this path.
Your trust, encouragement, and partnership mean the world to me. I couldn’t do this without you!
We have our next walking club this Sunday, November 24th at 10am (departing at 10:15am) at 3950 Wisconsin Ave NW, Washington DC (meet on the lawn outside the International Baccalaureate Headquarters)
Registration Link: https://lu.ma/1i5ul4an?tk=jzpCe3
What We Do: Go for a very casual one-hour walk designed to encourage getting outside, moving your body, connecting, and sharing space with people who understand grief without needing to explain.
Wishing you a wonderful Thanksgiving filled with love, laughter, and gratitude. Thank you for being such an important part of my year!
REAL ESTATE & LOCAL NEWS
Here are some stats from the October Bright MLS Report:
As you’ll see from the stats below, inventory is increasing but there is still a lot of buyer demand so prices have continued to rise in the region.
“There were 4,207 home sales in October across the Washington D.C. metro area, a significant increase both from September and from a year ago. Falling mortgage rates and more inventory have enticed more buyers to get into the market this fall.”
“The median sold price in the Washington D.C. metro area was $600,000, up 5.6% compared to a year ago and rising 0.2% compared to September.”
“The number of listings available for sale at the end of October was 15.5% higher than a year ago, and supply has risen for nine consecutive months. Inventory is above pre-pandemic levels in some local markets but remains competitive in many parts of the region.”
